I have over 15 years of working experience in the realm of User Experience. I truly love this craft, and continue to learn every day.

Team Building

I have had the opportunity to recruit and lead the creation of Design organizations and processes. On all occasions these initiatives have transformed into successful cross functional teams.

Product Design

The last decade of my career has hyper focused on Product Design, Design systems & ops, and building teams to support product suites.

Collaboration

I put in extra effort to ensure that I am an effective collaborator. I also enjoy sharing (and receiving) collaboration tactics with others to help them be effective collaborators.

Technical Abilities

I regularly execute my work using: html, css, javascript. I am comfortable working with modern frameworks and engineering protocols. This allows me to contribute & collaborate directly at the product level.
